The Department of Computer and Information Science invites applicants for a

Research Position (Salary Scale 13 TV-L/50%, about 1000-1100 Euro per month after tax deduction)

The position is available until the end of 2009 (with the potential for further extension) for a highly motivated PhD student or a person with a master’s degree (or German “Diplom”) in Computer and Information Science, Electronic Engineering or a similar master’s degree.

The Research Position is funded by the Zukunftskolleg. The Zukunftskolleg is a central scientific institution of the Universität Konstanz for the promotion of young scientists in the natural sciences, humanities, and social sciences, and is an integral component of the institutional strategy “Modell Konstanz - Towards a culture of creativity”. The Zukunftskolleg is a unique, interdisciplinary community that gives young scientists the opportunity to pursue independent research and collaborate with scientists from other disciplines.
