BUNAC offers The Howard Crew Green Cheese Prizes for the year 2010/11 in London

Introduced in honour of Howard Crew, General Secretary of BUNAC for 25 years, the Green Cheese Awards consist of the Green Cheese Scholarships and the Green Cheese Prizes and are awarded on a competitive basis. The unique nature of the awards reflects the personality and sense of humour of Howard Crew.


Eligibility:

The Green Cheese Prizes are awarded on a competitive basis for the best accounts of experiences while taking part in a BUNAC programme.

Application Procedure:

Applicants may submit their account in any medium, or combination of media such as sketched/paintings, writing, photography, video, audio or film. Humour must play an important part in the entry.

Selection Criteria:

The decision of the judging committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results. The judging panel will base their decisions on the overall quality of presentation and originality of the entry. Humour should play an important part in the entry. Submissions which have previously been published elsewhere, including on the internet, will not be accepted. Reproduced e-mail accounts are also not acceptable.

Amount of the Prize:

£1000.
