London Business School Master Scholarships in Finance, UK
If you have a place on the Masters in Finance programme, you may be eligible for a scholarship. You’ll be given more information on these with your place offer, but here is an overview of what’s available:
Masters in Finance (full-time format) Scholarship
Funded by: London Business School
Overview: The Masters in Finance (full-time format) scholarship scheme aims to attract excellent candidates to the programme and encourage early application. Successful candidates will be selected on merit.
Open to: Open to self-sponsored candidates admitted to the full-time format Masters in Finance who complete their application (including references, GMAT and transcripts) by 15 March 2011. Details on how to apply will be made available to candidates who are shortlisted for interview.
Award: 2 x £10,000
Deadline: 01 June 2011
Masters in Finance (weekend format) Scholarship
Funded by: London Business School
Overview: The Masters in Finance (weekend format) scholarship scheme aims to attract excellent candidates to the programme and encourage early application. Successful candidates will be selected on merit.
Open to: Open to self-sponsored candidates admitted to the weekend format Masters in Finance who complete their application (including references and transcripts) by 13 April 2011. Candidates may sit GMAT after this date. Details on how to apply will be made available to candidates who are shortlisted for interview.
Award: 2 x £10,000

Masters in Finance Alumni Scholarship
Funded by: Masters in Finance alumni
Open to: Exceptional successful applicants to the full-time format with proven financial need.
Award: 2 x £16,000
Deadline: 01 June 2011
The Anno Domini Scholarship
Funded by: Anno Domini Capital Group
Open to: All candidates accepted onto the Masters in Finance programme at London Business School whose country of origin is Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania or Hungary.
Award: 1 x £32,000
Deadline: 01 June 2011
Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust – African Scholarships
Funded by: Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust
Open to: All successful applicants to the full-time format who are African nationals, and reside in Africa.
Award: 2 x £7,000

Citigroup Foundation Women’s Scholarship
Funded by: Citigroup Foundation
Open to: All successful women applicants to the Masters in Finance full-time format.
